1. Packaging and shipment

Pharmacieconseils has most of the goods described on the site in stock and ships them as soon as possible. Our products and their prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, while stocks last. In the event of a temporary unavailability of a product occuring after the client ordered it, he will be informed by email or mail as soon as possible. In case of prolonged out-of-stock condition (more than 1 month), the buyer will be notified by email, and a delay of expedition as well as a refund will be proposed. Packages are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of your credit card payment or in case of unavailability, as soon as we have received all the products you ordered. For orders by cheque it is necessary to add to the above delay the time of routing and cashing of the cheque (i.e. two to five additional days). In addition, orders whose payment by cheque has not arrived within five days of the order will be cancelled de facto. The standard shipping method is Colissimo. We will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. Packages are oversized and protected. Pharmacieconseils cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by La Poste.


2. Shipping fees

The shipping fees include packaging, handling and mail expenses. They can comprise a fixed part and a variable part depending on the amount or the weight of an order. Particular care is given to packages containing fragile products. We advise our clients to group their purchases in a single order. We cannot group two different orders in one shipment and the client has to pay shipment charges for each order. For Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg and by "Mondial Relay" only, the shipping fees are waived when an order’s amount exceeds 99 Euros. For Spain, Germany, Holland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal and Austria and by "Mondial Relay" only, shipping is free when the amount of the order is greater than 150 euros for Spain and 200 Euros for Germany, Holland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal and Austria. 3. Shipment

The products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated at the time of order. In the event of the absence of the client, or of an error in the address of delivery that makes delivery impossible, or of a package unclaimed by the client from the postal services within the appropriate deadline, Pharmacieconseils cannot not be held responsible. It is then the responsibility of the client to arrange a new delivery with the carrier. Any additional expenses thus incurred will be the responsibility of the client.


4. Shipment periods

Pharmacieconseils cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay of routing.

In France :

Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo direct suivi” (delivery within 2 days: average time offered by La Poste). The client will receive a tracking number by email. The client may request a delivery with signature, for an extra cost of 2 euros.

In Europe :

Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo suivi Europe” (delivery within 4 to 6 days, with signature). The client will receive a tracking number by email.

Other destinations :

Shipment by La Poste “Colissimo international” (delivery within 5 to 10 days, with signature). The client may request a tracking number by email from service-client@the-parapharmacy.com.


5. Tracking of orders

The client receives a tracking number for each order. That number is e-mailed at the time of the confirmation of the order. It enables the client to track online the shipment of the package through the website www.colisposte.fr.


6. Problems of shipment with La Poste

If the delivery is delayed for more than 7 days after the package has left our warehouse, the client must inform us by email, mentioning the reference number of the order, so that our services can request an investigation from La Poste or from any other carrier entrusted with the delivery. An investigation can last up to 90 days from its starting date. If during this time the package is found, it will be rerouted immediately to the client’s residence (majority of the cases). If however the package is not found at the end of the 90 days period of investigation, La Poste considers it as lost. In such event, Pharmacieconseils will refund the client of the amount of the order. Pharmacieconseils withdraws any responsibility regarding delays in the delivery times occurring by the carrier’s fault, in particular in the event of loss of the package or of strike. Therefore refund or compensation will not be offered. In order to inform Pharmacieconseils of any difficulty related to the delivery, the client may use the online complimentary tracking system, accessible through the section “Détail de la commande”, as well as the Client services phone number 33 (0)9 61 06 23 84.


7. Customs fees

When a package is shipped outside the European Union, payment of customs charges can be required from the client by the customs of the country of destination.


8. Returns

The client may return a product in its original packaging, for replacement or refund, within 14 days from delivery date. The return will be accepted only if the product was not opened and not used. Products sold under blister pack or provided with a label of guarantee must be returned as they are.
