As part of its commercial activity, Selarl Pharmacie du Théâtre collects and processes the personal data of its users (hereinafter the "Users").

The purpose of this privacy policy, implemented by Selarl Pharmacie du Théâtre, is to provide Users with synthetic and global information on the processing of personal data carried out by the sites.

Definitions

Processing of personal data: Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, regardless of the process used, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

Data Recipients

The personal data collected is intended for the commercial and accounting departments of the Selarl Pharmacie du Théâtre. In order to comply with its legal obligations or in order to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, the Selarl Pharmacie du Théâtre may archive the data under the conditions laid down in the regulations.

Thus, the personal data collected by Selarl Pharmacie du Théâtre relating to the identity and contact details of its Users are archived for a maximum period of 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship for client Users, or from the time of their collection by the data controller or from the last contact made by the prospective User for data relating to the latter.

Termination of the contractual relationship is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User.
